The error message that you've encountered can be caused by a corrupted installation. To help you install the application correctly, we suggest that you reset your Windows Store app by following these steps:

its still cant . it loaded the same page but now different codes but my internet is working well

It still cannot! sorry for disturbing anyways but i try to do the step but still the same page loaded

Method 1: Clear Windows Store cache

This method will reset your Windows Store without affecting your account settings or deleting any stored apps.

  1. Press Windows key + R key.
  2. Type in wsreset.exe.
  3. Press the Enter key.
  4. Restart your computer and relaunch Windows Store.

Method 2: Run the SFC scan

  2. Click Command Prompt (Admin).

Hi,

There may be a corrupted file in your system. Kindly follow these steps and see if the issue will still persist:

  1. Click Start and type powershell.
  2. Right click Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
  3. If credentials are being requested in the User Account Control dialog box, enter it, confirm that the action it displays is what you want, and then click Continue.
  4. Copy and paste this command in Windows PowerShell: ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml and hit Enter.
  5. Restart your computer to see if changes applied.

To isolate the issue, we'd like to know the following:

  • Why can't you open Powershell? Have you tried clicking Start menu and typing Powershell on the search bar?
  • Were you receiving any error messages when opening Powershell on the search bar?
